Refund Policy & Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders of $35 and more. All orders are shipped via USPS.
For smaller orders, shipping cost is dependent on weight.
1 small sticker = $0.55 standard shipping
1 greeting card = $1.95 standard shipping
Set of 6 greeting cards = $3.50 standard shipping
Expedited shipping is available for added cost via USPS Priority mail.
I do not guarantee delivery dates, but if you have a date that you are hoping to get an order by, feel free to email me and I will do my best to make it happen!
If you have bought my products at a retail store, please contact them directly regarding returns/refunds.
I am happy to accept returns or exchanges for items in original condition within fourteen days of receiving the package. All returns must be pre-authorized via email.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Irene Akio is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

Exchanges: If items arrive damaged I will replace the items, free of charge.
Refunds: All refunds will be processed after items arrive and are inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

Sale items and original artwork are not eligible for refunds and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can exchange it for store credit as long as you email us within the fourteen day period after arrival of the package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
